RecommendedThe location is everything. It is really nice that the water/cable/internet/sewage is included in the rent. I also love that my roommate and I are billed individually for electric so we do not have to worry about collecting money from one another. The amenities are great and it is amazing having a hot tub and a study room to get away and focus/relax. The staff is super friendly! Private bedrooms/bathrooms is definitely a plus and the bathrooms here at Uncommon are amazing.
RecommendedThis is the best place to live in Iowa City. And i can assure you about it since I have looked around a lot for 2 years. I've seen all the apartment communities they have in Iowa City and rise can't be compared to any one of them. The difference between rise and all the other apartments is that of the Sky and the Earth. The amenities they have aren't available in any other apartment. The best part of Rise is the location and safety. It is really near to the campus and it is as safe as the dorms. Maybe more safer 😂😂😂. Ever... read more
