I love my apartment. Does the hallway kind of have a funky smell? Sure. Does it get loud outside? Sometimes. Are the police here occasionally? Also yes. But, to me, a lot of that comes with living in the city. I really think my unit is so great — especially for the price. The complex is conveniently located to the red line and multiple bus routes. Ms. Brown and Felicia Boateng have outstanding services. They are very nice and also assist with my needs.
Just wanted to let you know that I still love living in this building. It's clean, residents are friendly and staff are welcoming especially Ms. Brown and Felicia Boateng who makes living at Rise Temple Courts very comfortable. They are always welcoming, very professional, always greet you with smiles.
I was scheduled for a 3pm tour on a Friday with Felicia Boateng. When I showed up the security guard spoke with her and informed me she was in a virtual “training” and had to reschedule. She couldn’t even come out to tell me herself or better yet call me in advance so I didn’t make the trek out. Probably needs some time management training.
I had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday to tour an apartment. When I got to the location I had to wait about 15 minutes to even speak to someone at the front desk. When I finally did Felicia( the one who I scheduled with) said she had no record of speaking to me nor did she have a record for an appointment. She also said that she did not have any more tours for the day(I was there at 11am). And then when she was taking my info down in person she spelled my name wrong 3 times.
