The pumpkin cheesecake shake, and my raspberry tea were a perfect meal. It tasted so good which surprised me for having less then 300 calories. I wish Rise and Shine Nutrition was in Sullivan County because I would be there all the time.
First time coming here today and I'm pleasantly surprised by how good the tea was and how yummy my white chocolate pumpkin shake was! I feel like I just ate a huge meal which is absolutely awesome. I usually buy premade shakes for a meal replacement but these actually fill you up and have way more protein.

Stopped in for the first time this morning. Had the best service ever. The staff awesome and so friendly and helpful. Tried a cold tea with a blueberry lemon smooth so tasty. Will definitely go back and recommend them. Thanks again for the great start to my day🙂
Strawberry Shortcake is delish & I was surprised when I tried the Billtown Berry. Not my usual flavors, and it was very refreshing, so glad I tried something new. ❤️
