this place is awesome
These condos are in a very nice location and have a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay, but they were built in the 70's and the construction quality is very poor. In particular, the noise from the neighbors is quite bad. In the unit I was staying in, every morning I would hear my upstairs neighbor wake up and walk from the bed to the kitchen, grid coffee, walk to the living, turn on the TV, and then go to the toilet while the coffee was brewing.
