I have been living here 24 years and have never seen the building and grounds so well kept. Maintenance work is excellent, Gavin is well liked by everyone and greatly appreciates his commitment to pleasing the tenants.
I have been a resident at Rippey Gardens for 30 years. In my 30 years Gavin is the most wonderful maintenance guy we have ever had. I think he is A 1 and I think he is a asset to the company. If I had a company he would be the top of the list in my opinion. I wouldn't want to live any where else as as long as he is here.
I was looking for good apartments near my new workplace in Pittsburgh, and the apartments at Rippey Gardens takes the cake in cleanliness, quality and friendliness! The apartment managers just finished renovating my room before my move in, and the dedication the managers put into making the place as welcoming as possible really shows. The rooms are big and roomy for a single, the kitchen and bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and the quality of service is top-notch. To Rippey Gardens Staff: I'm writing to give recognition to Gavin & Chris who recently inspected my apartment on 9/22/17. In addition, Gavin came to my apartment earlier this morning to fix a plumbing-issue in my bathroom. In fact, Gavin's response was very prompt, as he responded to my maintenance-call within 15-20 minutes after I placed the call...
