Place sucked.
All educators and school personnel employed in the state of Florida are FREE between September 4th - October 14th with a current pay stub and a photo ID. All guests of teachers receive 50% off!
I don't even find the exhibits worth it for the *local* ticket price, but the building is gorgeous, historic, and worth seeing.
You will not believe this place.

Bring 5 cans of can food in and get $5 ticket through the month of November (11/11)
Really fun, certain exhibits might be a bit much for kids under 7-8, overall though really good for families. We got our tickets on St. George street for $3 off each.
