not often i review a company this poorly, but they should get negative stars (actually they should not even be in business). the owner, john morgan, blew off the 3 vmails i left him. he is a total, complete, f*ckin @ssh0le. i called because they said i owed $1700 in condo fees and attorney costs, which i only found out when the bank called me. apparently, these jerks went up on the condo fees and never told me. i no longer live on the property, but they had my phone number and email on file and sent ZERO notification to... read more
Owner at Blackstone Landing in Pawtucket and it would be hard to find a more dysfunctional property management company then RIPAC or a more poorly run building than the one I am currently living in. From a RIPAC perspective they do very little for the building except collect their management fee and the condo fees. The yearly budget is a joke and fraught with mistakes generalities that make no sense. RIPAC is for sale they do not respond to complaints nor do they like to hear about complaints. The owner John Morgan has not had a good reputation being a former police officer check the court files online and you can read what he has done with that department. All his five star reviews done by Scheels friends family relatives
