Timely, friendly and concerned about our safety. The oil pan plug was stripped and they let us know right away. I was getting my daughter's car ready to move her away to college. Imagine, the oil constantly leaking which would have put her down on the side of the road, damaged the engine. I just purchased this used car for her and the last folks that worked on it was a Toyota dealership.
