I worked with Dr. Rios in therapy for individual as well as relationship guidance. The sessions were very beneficial and Dr. Rios really helped me to see situations from different perspectives. He helped me gain confidence, assertiveness, and appropriate boundaries. His passion for his work and ability to give lots of in-depth knowledge and references has been very helpful! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
