Rio Vista has been my neighborhood veterinary care of choice for my cats and dogs for 30 years. From Dr. Scudder to Dr. Dodds, the care has always been exceptional. The support staff are amazing, too!
I switched to RVVH a little more than a year ago. I can't believe how different this place is. My pets are known by name without looking at their file. They are caring and patient at every visit. After I had to put one of my pets to sleep, when I had to bring my other pet in for a visit, they all came out and hugged me and asked if I was ok. I feel like they are truly there for you and your pets. Not just the transaction. I would recommend RVVH to everyone. Hands down! Love them all 😊
I’ve been taking my fur babies to Rio Vista Veterinary for a long time, very caring staff who really love what they do. My boxer just loves going for her checkups because she gets so much attention and love she just can’t contain the excitement. Great job by all at Rio Vista 😊

I can't thank these wonderful people enough for all they have done to help my foster kitty Stevie. He's the special baby with hydrocephalus. Such a caring staff!I am happy to say, we are officially adopting him! ♥️
Are baby Freddy got hurt pretty bad, so we called Rio Vista Veterinarian Hospital, even though they had never met Freddy before they got him in that morning and saved his life. The staff was amazing, professional and caring! Thank you for helping Freddy 💕
