Dr. Dodds and the entire staff are caring and thorough. In addition to the excellent medical services, they call back to check on how your pet is doing, they make appointment reminder calls, and are easy to reach through email.
Most helpful and great explanation of everything. I love it that they leave all decisions to you and don’t make you feel bad about them.
We love Rio Vista! We moved to the area a year ago and in that short year Rio Vista has made us part of their loving family. Rio Vista is a wonderful place to take your animals. All the staff are friendly and caring. When my dog was ill the doctor took such great care in his treatments and in communicating with me. When it was time to say goodbye it was comforting knowing he had been in such great hands.
The staff and Dr. we're so kind and welcoming during our first visit to this office, I'm so glad we decided to change things up and bring our 12 year old healer to Rio Vista for a consultation and ultimately, treatment for his advanced arthritis.
Rio Vista is such a great place! Staff are all super friendly and patient. I think it’s great they even do wellness checks to follow up and see how your baby is doing after their visit. Willie and I ♥️you all.🐾
Our Cali had a very paws-itive visit earlier today. We experienced supreme kindness and we're hopeful that our special needs kitty, Lulu, will cooperate with us next week so that she, too, can experience what it mean to be a VIP (Very Important Pet!).

You are simply the best vet practice I’ve ever encountered! Every single person I’ve had even the slightest encounter with has been fantastic, kind, caring, helpful, and all around wonderful. I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my fur babies. I tell everyone who even mentions that they have a new pet or need to take their pet to a vet about you. I really, really appreciate everything you all do.
