I’ve really been struggling to get used to my cpap and they have been amazing. They’ve loaned me multiple masks and are really supportive and encouraging. They are doing everything they can to help me be successful as a new cpap user.
Love the clinicians and office staff. I am sleeping better than ever before. HOWEVER the ability to bill my insurance correctly has been an major and on going problem. I have been constantly turned over to collections. Items that I was received where not billed to my insurance. The amount was charged to me. 1 year ago I was seen and told everything was taken care of. Now 1 year later I am told that I still have a balance from 2 years prior.
