Very poor customer service!! Their timeliness was really bad. They were scheduled to start on Monday but called us on the evening if Easter Sunday to tell us how far behind they were. When they did arrive to paint the house, they were always 1-2 hours late. Rio Rancho painted our house and we paid for that upon completion. Rio Rancho was great from the start. They were very quick to guve us an estimate. They worked with us financially and were able to start the job right away. There was a little bit of miscommunication but they were very fast to fix the issue immidatley and very friendly. They completed the job in two days which was great. We are very pleased with how proffesional they were and the job they did. 5 stars.

Stay away from this company. This company is basically a "Painting Broker". He finds the jobs, sends a crew-unknown to the customer, then shares the proceeds with the painters. He never returned any phone calls after the start date, and did NOT ever come out to the job site after his trip for the estimate. We sent the "painters" packing on the first day and hired a different painting contractor that did a super job. Never heard from Rio Rancho again. Buyer beware, this could have been much worse.
