I hired Rio Rancho Painting for an exterior paint job, and unfortunately, the results have not held up. Within 2 years, multiple areas are chipping and peeling. While the team did return a few times within the first 36 months to address issues, the fixes were poorly executed and didnt resolve the underlying *********** was clear that proper prep work was not doneno power washing, scraping, or priming before painting. Their price was amazing. $3200 for a 2 story **** sq ft home. I had 2 other estimates of ***** and *****. My painter was ******, he did the entire job by himself in 2 days. I needed stucco repair from an old CCTV system that I had removed and thought for sure I was going to get hit with an extra charge, but all included. I would highly recommend this company.

We had our home painted this week and they did an excellent job! Isaac handled the business side of the deal, Jose and his crew did the painting. Isaac gave us a timely, professional quote and there were no "hidden" fees. The paint crew was prompt, courteous and addressed any questions and concerns without hesitation. I highly recommend Rio Rancho Painting. They were affordable, dependable, and efficient for a very reasonable price!

We received a door hanger flyer for Rio Rancho painting and added them to the mix to get estimates to paint the outside of our house, as they had advertised that they would paint two-story houses for $1800-$2500. We got 6 estimates and Isaac at $2500 per his advertisement was the cheapest. We have a 2700 sq ft 2 story house that had extensive drywall damage under our patio ceiling. We had them paint our house in 2014. It is now 2019. All our neighbors around us who repainted their houses around the same time are getting written up to have their houses repainted again. Our house along with the only other family who has this company paint their house as well look brand new still. The family who painted was nice and professional. A bit of paint was spilled on our pavers, but they cleaned it up and it is no longer visible. They had installed a window screen backwards, but it was an easy fix. The price was ... read more

We contacted Isaac for a quote on getting our house painted. He came out the very next morning and gave us a quote and a date to start. The painters, Marco and Anthony did an awesome job, and our house looks brand new. Marco and Anthony were easy to talk to and listened to what we wanted. We never had a problem with the job they did. They corrected a few missed areas, and they did an awesome job on fixing the ceiling on our back porch. The price was exceptional as well. I would like to start off by saying I did get a few quotes and rio rancho was the cheapest by about $500. Well, you get what you pay for.. The employees are paid per job and have a blow and go mentality, for a job that requires perfection everytime. I spoke with the owner Isaac Black and he came out and we spoje of the colors and he gave me a quote and I asked if garage door trim and foundation fill, and stucco repair would be done, he said YES!
