I have a meniscal tear in left knee. I was in so much pain. Started in April of 25'. Was referred to RIO. WOW ‼️ today was my 1st day of physical therapy and Mrs. Brook Roger's was AMAZING (2X) I feel in love with her compassion care listening hear and beautiful heart. And her excellent treatment she gave me.Thank you Brook for treating me with loving kindness. This place is highway robbery. I was a new patient and drove through Dallas traffic to get to my appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early but was turned away as I didn't show up half an hour early!! I don't even do 30 minutes of paperwork at the VA. Then they have the audacity to charge me a late fee!! I was 15 mins early. They were extremely rude. There are plenty of orthopedics around. Do not use them.
