Don’t take reservations if you can’t seat them. I know things are complicated right now but making us wait on the street over 30 min past out reservation without any updates is not acceptable. Telling us that “this is happening a lot because people don’t want to leave the patio” is insulting. We had other options but we chose you thinking we would be seated at our chosen time. Once it got past 8:00 those other options largely disappeared.
