Margaritas! – Great, strong Margaritas, but this place is too much of a meat market.
Best in Colorado! – This is the best mexican food I've had in years! You must try the steak burrito(try substituting queso on top instead of the other)! Don't forget to have a margarita while you're there.
tasty – Good margaritas, loud but fun. The food is so so but the service is good.
ok, I'll say something......... – margaritas,margaritas,margaritas............yum!!!!!!! the food is not bad either. It takes a while to get in, it is noisy, and the tables are sticky sometimes.....but the margaritas are wonderful. Whatch out!!!!!
Not Going There Again – Here is yet another bad review for the Rio. The lines are too long, and the people who work there are very rude. They made us wait in line for 15 minutes, only to tell us the kitchen is closed before 10pm on a Friday night. Didn't get a chance to try the food, but if it's anything like the service, I should be thankful I didn't try it. I don't think I will patronize this "restaurant" again.
The best margaritas – Now I know why 3 is the limit! Vert tasty and refeshing margaritas. I love the ambience here. The happy hours are the best around in Denver.
Un-Happy Hour – While waiting to get into another restaurant in LoDo, stopped in here after work for a drink. Didn't know that all they served were beer and margs. It's an old warehouse, very noisy, hard to hear my friend who was just across the table. It's more of a party place for the twenty-nothings.
Margarita's good, ambiance, no – Sure these guys have good (and strong) Margs. But would I ever again wait in line to get in this place? Or better yet, want to get treated like a second class citizen beause my group was there for drinks, and not dinner? NO! If you need to be seen, this is your place. Ohterwise there are place with really good margaritas where you'll also be treated well.
