Dr. Lam took forever to get to patients in the waiting room and did a horrible job on braces after being fed up going to someone else more reputable orthodontists, saying that my teeth could be aligned more properly.
Appointments took way too long. For example, I would have an appointment scheduled at 3:30 they wouldn't get to me until 45 minutes to an hour later.
Dr. Lam tries to schedual people around his time. For instance, I asked for a 1:30 appointment to pick up retainers, and I asked if I could come around 4:30 instead despite telling him already on the phone that I have work at 3:00.
