In today's world its hard to trust mechanics, here you don't have to worry that it's being fixed right the first time. absolutely one of the most honest, fair, and is the best shop in the metro Grand Rapids area. I heard about them word of mouth and won't take my cars anywhere else.
Very efficient with fixing anything and always have amazing customer service! The only car place that I don’t get scared of being over charged nor ripped off!
They give you a detailed receipt, also show you the parts they put in, also got a kick butt warranty! With free towing if needed. Now that’s honest work!
Would not recommend this place. I called about getting my car looked at they said yes bring it on up. We can look at it today or tomorrow. 20 minutes later I get there and they tell me it will be 4 days before they can look at it. Customer service isn't great.
