I’m a new Rinse & Repeat member and I’ve had a great experience with pick up and drop off, and their customer service is EXCELLENT. I’ve sent my laundry out and had it returned 3 times now and my clothes are always fresh, clean, and neatly folded and organized in a way that makes putting them away a breeze. I highly recommend them!
Order return was canceled on our scheduled date (despite Rinse already taking an extra day for the holiday), leaving us without clothing an extra day unexpectedly. Pricing was not transparent at all but as we were staying at a hotel without self service laundry this left us without a lot of options. Return valet was confused on where to return, despite not having changed any details in the app from the night of pickup - said he was at a shopping center. Everything exceeded my expectations
I am extremely disappointed with Rinse, had an awful first experience. I sent my Theory loose fitting wool+cashmere long cardigan for cleaning, trusting that a professional service would handle it with care. When I received it back, the coat was SHRUNK, developed pilling, and the fabric felt completely different- stiff and rough compared to the soft feel it had before.
