I’ve been using Rinse for a few years and as services are becoming rare and most companies are not having live customer service. I have to talk about Rinse and the unbelievable service I get from them. I called with an issues months ago and a representative helped my solve that issue fast. Today I’m sending out a large amount of laundry and the nicest person helped her name is Brittney. She was so helpful and kind and empathetic. I have been fortunate to use the services of Rinse for ten years. I was referred by a neighbor. The convenience and quality of their services are a valuable asset. I have never regretted subscribing to Rinse. They have saved me lots of time doing laundry, and money.

great service!! always on time and i love that they drop it the bags off at your door or you can leave them there for you. it’s like having a friendship who doesn’t need you attention all the time but still helps you out when needed lol. really professional as well. i’m only docking a star (not because of the service) but because i wish they had a subscription for the laundry services though not just a subscription for free pickup and next day delivery. i would totally subscribe and use it so much if so.

Rinse is a great service to have, they will pick up your laundry wash & fold them. It is a great service for everyone, especially those who are disabled. They are very polite and great at their job.
