I am extremely disappointed with Rinse, had an awful first experience. I sent my Theory loose fitting wool+cashmere long cardigan for cleaning, trusting that a professional service would handle it with care. When I received it back, the coat was SHRUNK, developed pilling, and the fabric felt completely different- stiff and rough compared to the soft feel it had before. I was suspecting that they had shrunk some items of clothing. The last loads I sent including a load of drip dry delicates came back with many, many items shrunk. Every member of my family has lost clothing items. There's no point in saying anything good about the platform and service because they didn't get the basics right. To be clear, it was Rinse's vendor that messed up. Unfortunately, they only have one vendor in San Francisco, so I'm cancelling my subscription. I'm leaving 3 unused loads in my account. Rinse Laundry Service is outstanding. The pickup and delivery is incredibly convenient, everything comes back perfectly folded, they always follow my preferences and laundry is done in 24-hours. It’s a huge time saver. What I've experienced that stands out is their customer service—friendly, responsive, and genuinely go above and beyond. I really appreciate their support team!
