I was in SF for 1 week for corporate training and used Rinse for the wash & fold service. Some clothes came back dirtier than before. I only wore them to the office, but socks came back permanently stained, as if I hiked in mud. Same happened with a t-shirt. It's a gamble, the same might happened to you. Customer service refused to reimburse.
I and beyond satisfied with rinse. I can't believe they paired me and my family of four socks and I'm forever grateful. I fell behind getting laundry done and decided I would give their services a try I will never again try any other methods and luckily because I really do not enjoy doing laundry. I've attached a photo of how perfectly they folded every single item they separated our items based on shirts pants colors not it's just amazing I'll never use my wash machine again if I'm lucky.

It has been such a blessing to find an affordable laundry service that does such a terrific job! After my heart attack, I am no longer able to carry anything up and down the stairs. Rinse has been a real life saver!
