It's just hard to imagine a more disastrous laundry service. Half of the time they cancel pick-ups and say that you weren't ready. Shirts are returned with deep creases in the collars, a brand new never-worn dry cleaned sweater comes back smelling like a moldy washing machine, a $395 never-worn Phineas Cole shirt comes back with a big stain on the white collar. I highly recommend Rinse they are respectful, they are very helpful and it’s at your convenience, they are responsible with your clothes, your clothes comes back smelling nice and clean wow I had a stain on my sweater sleeve that I couldn’t get out and when I sent it to Rinse it came back with no stain. I am very happy with the results and service.
I want to share my frustration with my recent experience. Out of four cardigans I sent for dry cleaning, two came back with significant pilling and damage. Even after your repair service, one item is still visibly damaged. What’s most concerning is that while I was promised the repair would be handled free of charge, I was billed the regular repair cost instead.
