I really wanted to love this service, since the concept is pretty good, but I’ve had a terrible experience with customer service not owning up to their mistakes. I got the subscription service, ordered a pickup, and in the meantime, realized there was a hang dry option. When the valet got to my house, I asked if the hang dry cost the same. Absolutely recommend Rinse! With a small stackable washer/dryer at home, washing large items like comforters and dog beds just isn’t practical. I recently used Rinse to handle both — and I was thoroughly impressed. They picked everything up right on time, kept me updated with clear notifications, and delivered the items back at the time I wanted.
