I've used this service a few times when i've had some chaotic weeks and just couldn't do my laundry myself! Truthfully, it's a tad pricey but worth the convenience and customer service! The drivers, the service reps, and those who do the clothes always do a great job! I love my laundry bags too I highly recommend.

I think everyone hates doing laundry. It’s the folding that really bugs me. A friend suggested Rinse and I’ve been a fan ever since. The app is easy to use and clothes are returned folded neatly in a day or two. The only drawback for me is the late pick ups (usually 9-10pm). I go to bed early so it’s tricky. All in all, I still use the service regularly because it saves me hours out of my week.

I've used Rinse for several years now. Actual humans seem to be behind the customer service for Rinse! Prompt responses, friendly, and definitely willing to help resolve whatever comes up. Clothes come back very clean and folded.
