A friend of mine told me about Rinse, so I decided to try their services for myself. I'm so glad I did. It saved me the time and hassle of washing clothes. The clothes came back clean, smelling great and folded for convenience. Our place on the second floor doesn't have washer/dryer hook up, so every Saturday/ Sunday was a struggle to pack up everything and go find a place to wash that wasn't crowded. The service is nice I do love the bag I get to keep, but the prices are too high to continue using services, compared to using Poplin Laundry service and $40 for a big Duffel bag of clothes without a 20 dollar credit. You guys should really lower the prices when it comes to just washing drying and folding.

Our order consisted of several bulky bedspreads and afghans. They were returned to us, well packaged and sparkling clean. We were contacted before pickup and again about delivery. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
