We had the most amazing dinner last night to celebrate my friend's birthday. We came down from Seattle on the train and are staying at The Paramount Hotel. The staff there all recommended RingSide Fish House. Everyone at RingSide was very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. I know it is a seafood restaurant, but we both had the prime rib and agree it was fabulous, delicious, and any other adjective that can apply to wonderful.
