As we walked from train station to hotel, we pasted this place. I made a note to check it out. After checking in, walking around we found it and we very pleased. Excellent service. Crab cakes, soup and we both had the lobster tail. Food was so good, we plan to return and highly recommend Fish House. A Big Thank you to the door man.

We're there for happy hours and the food was pretty good. We had the fish tacos, steak bites, and clam chowders.

Came for Friday evening happy hour. Clam chowder was good, for the rave I've heard about this place , it was not all that . Had fried oysters , again ok.. 3 small oysters on a plate with fancy lettuce , also had the cheeseburger, that to was average, nothing to write home about . Service was good too. Would I hope back? Probably not, I'm sure there are better places with higher quality food. My opinion ..

Nestled snugly in the Fox Tower, close to Portland's urban core without being crowded, Ringside's seafood restaurant is a genuinely upscale dining experience whether you sit in the dining room or nosh in the atmospheric lounge+oyster bar. Their special events space is perfect for small-medium sized groups, and when the staff rolls out a special event the results do not disappoint. Friendly, talented staff complete the picture.

The ambience. Live music in the lounge. Wait staff was attentive. Lobster bisque and freshly made doughnuts were delicious. Crab cakes not so much.
