I waited over an hour in the exam room past my scheduled 9:30 a.m. appointment, which appeared to be the physician’s first appointment of the day since the office opens at 9:00. That delay, without a meaningful explanation or acknowledgment, set a poor tone for the visit. Dr. Neustadter was knowledgeable, but the appointment felt rushed. The doctor Kate powers is the best
The Dermatologist assistant was very pleasant and clear with the questions he asked. Dr Pollock was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to as well. She answered all questions thst I had as well as gave me some suggestions to use going forward. In all, my visit today was wonderful.
