The staff is always very pleasant and welcoming. The wait time is rarely ever long. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have no complaints, other than not having access to WiFi.
Beautiful, clean, well designed office. Staff were professional, confident, punctual and succinct. Great experience. One problem (minor) is the facade of the building (beautiful historic bronze) has not been cleaned and polished for 25 years...it really needs it. C'mon, a dermatology building with bad skin?
