RecommendedI couldn’t recommend Ringpfeil enough! I first came to see Dr Bird over 2 years ago to see if she could finally help my adult cystic acne. She was the first Dermatologist who did a THOROUGH inspection and documentation of every type of acne lesion on my face and formulated a winning treatment plan just from my first visit. Loved Dr. Bird, her assistant very capable and personable - BUT out of 4 appointments in a month, 2 they had no record of in their system when I showed up. This was AFTER I had confirmed my appointments. Today I was turned away when I was supposed to have stitches removed. So now I’m just supposed to live with permanent stitches? Totally unacceptable. ��
I love this place! I've been going here since July 2017 to see if I could get a procedure to help my acne scaring. Dr. Bird who was very informative, listened to my concerns and gave me a few options on what to do for my issues. I also see their amazing aesthetician Bao who has helped me keep my skin clear with glycolic peels and remove my hyper-pigmentation with a skincare plan custom for me. I will continue going here for all my skin concerns! You can trust their team, they are the best!
