Great Doctor, horrible staff! I have always liked Dr Ho and seen him when I was growing up but the office staff and RN nurse are horrible!! No empathy, professionalism and should not be working in the public much less a pediatric office. I have never met a staff in ANY industry that lacks just basic compassion. I hate to leave Dr Ho but I will be taking all three of my children to another office.
Dr. Ho is the best doctor that I've ever known. He's watched my son grow up, and cared for him from being days old til now nearly 17. He's answered wee hour panicked phone calls, he's walked me thru every single ailment, he even spent 3 hours watching him after administering a vaccine that was grown in an egg based petri, just because my son was allergic to eggs, which he's not anymore btw. I love Dr. Ho my brother and, I went to him as kids and now my children go to him. My oldest had a weight check and my littlest boy had his 4m shots today and we was barely in there for a hour very impressed!
Jennifer and Dr. Ho are amazing they are great with my kids and help in any way they can. absolutely great and honest nurses :)
Everyone in this office treats you like family. We have always been seen in a timely manner & always sent to the best specialists when needed. I am confident with the care my son gets here.
