They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their entire staff is friendly.
They had a follow up appointment with me with my first referral, for a 9:30 appointment that was scheduled. I was there at 9:15 and I signed in and waited. A gentleman that was there after me was called and I sat for another 20 minutes and finally went to the receptionist and asked what happend to my test.
