The service I receive from Dr. Findlay and his staff is always curteous and professional. Dr. Findlay is a Master at what he does. I had a root canal yesterday and today I don't feel a thing. You are all the reason I continue to be a satisfied customer. Great Job.
Dr. Finlay did a very nice job with the root canal. His bedside manner is excellent. His assitant, Lupe, was terrific, as always. She has a great combination of being professional and warm. And it is a pleasure dealing with Veronica at the front desk.
A highly professional team of individuals who work well together as a team. They take care to explain what they're doing. Their front desk team is great - they'll be on our side in working with the insurance providers. Pretty easy to schedule an appointment. There can be an end of year crunch
I usually hate going to the dentist but the team at Findlay Arts make the experience as pleasurable as possible, they are kind, patient and understanding as well as highly skilled.
I rate the care I receive at Dr. Findlay's office very high. And there is always an upbeat, friendly tone to the office environment. What I really appreciate is how consistent the good experience at each visit.
Dr. Findley has a top-notch staff and he is a top-notch dentist. They are as good as it gets.
