really pleasant people who know their stuff.
I have been very impressed with Dr Findlay and all of his staff. From Mel who is the dental hygenist to the very nice lady who helps as he does the fillings. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

My visit was great. When an opening appeared on the fly because of a cancellation (while I was in the chair), some other procedure we had scheduled for a future visit was moved up, saving a trip. The administrative/support team takes great effort in explaining the insurance details when you come in. Procedures, alternatives, are explained in detail. The office has a real team approach.
For more than ten years I have received excellent service from Dr. Findlay and his entire staff.
