The staff is very professional and willing to take the time to discuss dental issues with me. The hygienist, Diedra, was very thorough and gentle. I gave you a 4 star rating because it was my first time and although i was impressed I'm waiting for my next visit to see if i have a similar experience. Consistency is the name of the game!

... Except for the x-ray bit - apparently I have a small mouth - so it was very uncomfortable :) The appointment was on time, the service was great and Dr. Findlay is the friendliest, most customer-centric health care professional I have ever met!

My experience at Finlay Dental is excellent. The customer service from Veronica at the door to all the other great people working there is just outstanding. Veronica is efficient, warm, makes you feel welcome and part of the family. She is truly a delight. Actually everyone there including Dr. Finlay make you feel like you are part of a big family and taken care of. I had cleaning done, which was very detailed, efficient and absolutely painless. Professional staff. Friendly. The best part is the art of dentistry- Findlay's work is beautiful. He and his assistant are a good team- perfectionists with product, efficient in process, and considerate.

I am an "every six months" regular at Findlay Dental Arts. Melissa and Dr. Findlay have long taken great care of me and my teeth. This appointment was no exception. My teeth are in pretty good shape and I've never had major issues with them. A filling here and there and some cosmetic touch-ups. I highly recommend this office and the great people in it.

Going off a co-worker's recommendation I tried out Findlay for a general cleaning. The staff was amazingly friendly and warm (especially Veronica behind the desk). Dr. Findlay was very cordial and even though I know I wasn't a top priority patient (no cavities, no surgery needed, no major work of any kind required) he still treated mas as I valued client. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. No doubt I'll be going back and making this my new regular dentist.

Dr. Findlay and his staff are just lovely -- friendly, communicative and almost NEVER running late. They're also very accommodating: they always call/email to remind you of upcoming appointments and do whatever they can to get you in as quickly as possible. Best of all, Dr. Findlay does great work. I recently got a crown that required Dr. Findlay to drill pretty deep, and I had almost no tooth pain afterwards. And the cleaning is nearly painless (which is more than many dentists can say). A+
