Friendly and on schedule!
Hmmmm... I just lost TWO teeth! Maybe not the best time to ask for a review! Just kidding, a bad situtation, and as usual, Dr. Finday and his staff did their very best for me - they were personable, professional - and most important caring. My idea of the best dental practice!
Dr. Findlay and his staff have been exceeding my expectations at least two times each year since 2003.
The procedure was about as painless and manageable as possible. Th only issue I had was that I feel that the billing team should have told me what my portion of payment was before I showed up. Once I was in the chair, I got the number and then was shown something that had a different number. It was all cleared up, but a little stressful once I was already there.

It was great. Service is always quality, staff is professional and people friendly. I appreciate the organization and technology at Findley.
I don't like gum surgery but it was necessary. The recovery is so much better than in the past. The new procedure is less painful. I only needed to use the pain relievers on the first day and even then it wasn't that bad.
Excellent friendly people.
Not everyone can say that it is always pleasant to visit the dentist - I can.
