My boyfriend recently purchased rims from Rimz One. When they were delivered they were completely scratched up and looked terrible. We noticed there was ZERO protection in that box carrying $1500 rims. We ordered these in time to be mounted before a trip and when we informed customer service they acted like they couldn't care less even after we told them we had a strict time limit. Ive order rim packages 3 times form these guys.First two times were ok experience. I guess 3 times a charm. Third experience was a horrible one..... I ordered rims and tires on friday evening I was supposed to receive an email that day which i did not. I called monday to change the order and a guy named Hector answered. Sean Brunelle, I went through Rimz One to order a Wheel & Tire Package. Before I placed the order I emailed them with questions and they responded in a timely manner with answers. After placing the order, I ordered things that I in fact didn’t need. Robbie from Rimz One called me right away to verify my type of vehicle and then refunded me the money.
