I tried to cancel my order within 24 hrs. Was told by BRIAN that it couldn’t be canceled. The tires were already loaded on FedEx truck. And wheels we’re being ship directly from Axe. Also was told I would get tracking number. Still waiting on tracking number for tires and wheels that supposedly shipped next day. I don’t recommend these guys . Go with Custom OffSets they are way better.

Very satisfied with rimzone didn’t have the ones I first wanted and they let me know they weren’t in stock and sent me a few other options for the same price. Great job mounting and balancing. Will definitely be buying through them again for all my wheels needs
I had tried to cancel my order within 24 hours and was told there is a $100 cancellation fee. Ridiculous. Would not deal a company like this if I had known that.

I ordered a set of rims and tires march 19 it is now may 24 and i have still not received them every time i call they give me the run around and a different place of where they are I would highly recommend not ordering from rimz one if you would like to get your order !!!!!
WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!!! These guys are the absolute best! Not only do they have an amazing selection on their website, but they also have great prices!!! On top of that they also have thee best customer service in the entire world. I emailed them and they respond in 15 minutes!!!!!! This is unheard of for any company! They are the best of the best, IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MILLION STARS I WOULD!!!! PLEASE USE THESE GUYS!!!!
They shipped me a damaged rim. They then did not offer to help or contact the manufacturer of the rim. Then told me the manufacturer wouldn’t do anything. I talked to the local shop in town who did the mount and balance, he ordered me a wheel and took care of it and I didn’t even buy them from him. They LIED completely saying the manufacturer wouldn’t do anything and wouldn’t help me at all after they sent me the damaged rim.
