We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Rimer Plumbing regarding our main water line. When Jimmy and Dylan came out to assess the issue, I explained upfront that I suspected the entire line might need replacement due to an active leak. I was also told they would check under the house to rule out any additional problems, but they never did.
