I went there to get a rim job and they told me to meet them in the bathroom. So unprofessional. I'm going to Mr Binkys next time

Awful customer service! Awful communication skills! The owners wife is so rude and her daughter isn't much better! They messed my rim up after it was done and didn't bother to tell us. They acted as though we did something wrong! DO NOT do business with them!
So I had an emergency in the middle of the night blew out a tire and cracked a rim due to the many potholes in the city of New Orleans I had my vehicle towed to the shop overnight because they have done work on my car before but to my surprise when I woke up this morning I got a unpleasant call from these people saying that I had no right to have my car towed to their shop which I agree but I thought that was the point of their shop The lady was extremely rude on the phone and really wasn't making any sense at all but thanks... read more
