RecommendedThey have some bad reviews from other people but my personal experience was very good, they are the only shop capable of fixing bent or out of round rims. I had a slight mishap(accidents happen) Melissa quickly and easily corrected it. She was on top of her game and super kool to do business with- they straightened my bend rims and the paint job they did on one was perfect.😀😃 I have more work for them-
Exceptional customer service. The quality of work performed is excellent. They can fix just about any rim, but if they can’t repair it they won’t attempt it.
Hey guys, I just recently went to drop my Brand New F-150 truck off to get my rim fixed.. the customer service at this business is HORRIBLE! I was treated nastily. As if I was not a paying customer. I DO NOT recommend this business to ANYBODY!!!! Ever!!!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.... I heard bad thing before going but I had to use them BC that is who the dealership uses. They charged $350 to repair 3 rims they pulled the balance /weight off my tires and lefted the white glue on black rims and didn’t even balance one of my tires at all and they put a new scratch on one of the rims which I have a before and after picture for proof, when called the owner ( Melissa )she replied that is wasn’t them and I must have did it and told me too bad to deal with it. Worst customer service. Owner didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered when I brought my rim to be repaired. She replied to my questions with one word answers and then midway through answered the phone and started cursing out whoever was on the other end.
Former employee. Poor management, when I decided to quit they stole my paycheck.
