Dr. Darling has watched my kids grow and truly knows and cares for them.
i’ve spoken to the MANAGER and she’s been nothing but very unprofessional, and rude. This place is also so unsanitary, the floors, tables, etc. for it to be a pediatric office.. i wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!!
Dr. Sarah Puffer is great, as are the other physicians or nurses we've seen. However, the office staff leave a lot to be desired. They're never friendly (including while they're giving your baby shots) or go out of their way to be helpful. They also stop answering the phones before 5pm, so you'll have to wait until the next day to schedule an appt for your sick child, taking more time out of your work day. The office staff are also not educated on medical lingo or procedures and will call you with results they don't understa... read more
