The most incredible group of health care professionals. They go above and beyond!
I love this clinic so much. Everyone is super accepting of the LGBTQ+ community, they ask your pronouns, they wear pronoun pins sometimes, and always are super sweet and understanding. It's not just the nurses or doctors, but also the receptionists and other staff! Even if you aren't queer, you will feel safe in this area! 🩷
I've been going to iu adolescent medicine for a while now. I will be honest and say they have come a long way I used not to be able to get ahold of them. But over the past year maybe two years they really have impressed me! With top tier health care and very kind staff! I would absolutely recommend going through them for transgender care! They have been a huge help to me and very accommodating for my needs! A truly Wonderful team!
My child's doctors office referred us to this program for transgender care. Both the doctor's office and I have been trying to contact someone to schedule an appointment since late June 2021 it's now mid August and everyone keeps playing the blame game and transferring us to people who don't call back. My doctor's office hasn't been able to contact anyone at all either no one calls them back. The scheduler seems to be the cause of this yet no one has done anything to fix it.
