Nurse was rude. We scheduled online for a 3 pm slot but they told us the appointment was for 2:45 so when we showed up at 3 they almost didn’t let us in because the system almost kicked us out of being seen. If it’s that critical for a patient to be there 15 minutes early that needs to somehow be stated. We showed up at 3 pm for an appointment that was scheduled for 3 pm.
