The staff and Dr. Perry excellent my granddaughter feels safe there
Nurse was rude. We scheduled online for a 3 pm slot but they told us the appointment was for 2:45 so when we showed up at 3 they almost didn’t let us in because the system almost kicked us out of being seen. If it’s that critical for a patient to be there 15 minutes early that needs to somehow be stated. We showed up at 3 pm for an appointment that was scheduled for 3 pm. Riley Ped’s always takes great care of my children and addresses all their needs.
Check-in, Dr. Perry and his Nurse Bre are all wonderful. My daughter has been a patient since 2024 and she is never scared to come to their office. They listen and actually talk to you about your child's care. Very comfortable atmosphere and caring people. I Always recommend this office when someone's looking for a pediatrician.
