They never give you a Spanish interpreter. They say they will call you back, but they never do.
My pediatrician sent a referral on 3/16/2022 for my baby to be seen. It is now 4/12. A week went by and no one called us back. I got the number from my pediatrician and after 4-5 calls was able to get ahold of someone just to be told they had his info but she doesn’t make the appointments. I called and called the appointment number and left several messages. My husband and I have yet to hear back even though the automated message says they’ll call you back within 48hrs.
