If I can could give zero stars I would. I have stave 4 brain cancer. Dr Riley’s office has known over a week. I haven’t heard anything begged multiple times to have the Dr call me or to get in to see her, and have yet to receive a phone call or an appointment. It is disgusting they way they treat their patients.
Dr. Riley is extremely kind and personable. She takes the time to address your concerns, and is very up-to-date with her knowledge and expertise!
Dr. Riley is my former neurosurgeon. When I called Dr. Riley's office last week, I explained that all I needed was a doctor who knew what they were looking at to check the spot on my scalp. I explained that I could not find a doctor in Panama City would see me. I was told to go to an ER by Dr. Riley's staff. When I called back on Friday, even after telling this office that Dr. Riley is in my insurance network, and I had the cash to pay whatever, I was still referred to an ER. Ms Christina Riley, is my DR. I’m a pituitary tumor patient. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the care and treatment you need! Her after surgery house calls just lets you know she is amazing and she really cares about her patients, she is the best of the best!!
The best doctor I have ever had in my entire life. So professional and her bedside manner is one of a kind. Extremely prompt in responses and puts her patients first. I can not say enough great things about her. So blessed to have her as my neurosurgeon. She changed my life and there is no way I could thank her enough.
