Went to several different places just trying to get an x ray for my son. Riley was so accommodating. They took such good care of my boy and made it fun for him. They gave him popsicles and stickers and let him watch paw patrol. They were extremely thorough and had my son feeling better fast. We were in and out in a little over an hour. Can’t say enough good things.
My family has been coming here for years because of my brother. By the way the bad reviews are wrong! These doctors work hard, and they’ve always been nice to me ever since I was little. 11 years later my brother had his surgery and they are amazing. He had to be in ICU for a while and they were on it. If his oxygen went down any they were there. When I was 6 or 8 I had my tonsils removed here and they were very sweet. They gave me a tablet to play with to play on while I fell asleep and let me choose the sent.
I will forever be so grateful for the care/help we received from Riley! After awful care for months with a different facility in our home state of Michigan we made the commute down to Indy which is about 4 hours from us for a second opinion. I'm so beyond happy we did! They listened to my concerns, agreed with me & moved quickly to determine what was going on with our sweet 8 month old. The nurses were so amazing. I felt a bit unheard by the doctors caring for my 2 month old daughter, however the nurses remained professional while still comforting and reassuring me about her care and next steps for her treatment. Their compassion was amazing.
The staff, from the doctors, nurses and techs to the volunteer, housekeepers, receptionists and maintenance were all so positive, accommodating and welcoming and that’s in addition to being great at what they do.
