On Sept. 3rd through the 5th My son Andy was in your care. Andy and I would like to (THANK) the ones of you who treated and took care of him. You all are so amazing!!!. Thank you so much for all you did. Also as well as your time. You all were so nice and explained everything as well as keeping us updated on all you've done. When my daughter was 8 months old, she suddenly became very ill. Over several weeks, I sought help from three different hospitals in Florida as well as her primary doctor. Despite her worsening condition—difficulty breathing, refusing to eat or drink, no wet diapers, weight loss, and extreme fatigue—she was repeatedly diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. My nephew was trying to be seen for a fractured wrist . He came at 6pm it is 3:50 and we are just now getting a cast on him and STILL waiting on scans . We weren’t even placed in a room due to so many people being here . My family and I were more than patient with the chaos at the hospital (staff was nice) but the wait was horrible & we still aren’t even completely done . I just think they need to prioritize better with their patients.
My daughter has been in and out of Riley for 7 months and every time the nurses have treated her amazingly. They have been so attentive, kind, and beyond helpful. They have all went above and beyond for her(doing more than just their job) . We cannot thank all of them enough. They made each stay more comfortable for all of us!!!! They deserve way more than just a thank you!!! Dr’s and surgeons were amazing as well. Nurses are the people we are around the most!!!
