We had recent storm damage and a few people on facebook referred us to Riley Home Improvement. Well, I want those people to know that twice now they have failed to show up for appointments we have scheduled. I took time off work to be home and yet, they didn't show. Today they didn't show nor did they call. Poor Poor customer service. If they were too busy to look at our job, they should have told us instead wasting our time waiting for them to no show.
