They don’t care about fixing anything all they want is your money. They failed to complete HVAC repairs and wanted to charge me more money to come back when it wasn’t working again a few days later.
Absolute nightmare. The guy broke my air conditioning while refilling it with Freon and then said it wasn’t his fault and then ran out of the house. Called several times they denied everything. Ridiculous and they still charged me to the Freon despite ruining a unit that will probably cost 8k to replace. Do not deal with these people and if you have to just video them the whole time because THEY ARE LIARS!
I had a very disappointing experience with Riley Heat & Air due to a complete lack of transparency around pricing. The technician gave us a verbal estimate before starting the work, but when he handed us the final invoice, the amount was noticeably higher.
