Raches was amazing!!!
Highly disappointed. The two black females at check in were rude and disrespectful. A third black woman came. They talked and laughed. Lied and said my daughter didn't have insurance. Not only did she miss her appointment she also missed school.
My daughter is 4 level 2 ASD we dread all appointments as she does not do well. I have no worries when we have appointments at this location. They are absolutely amazing and so patient and take there time with my girl. They listen to all concerns. I wish I could give more stars.
We had an awful experience with LEND team evaluation for my son. They were quick to say he was already well rounded with school and therapies and even if they gave an autism diagnosis they couldn’t guarantee ABA would accept my son because of his medical needs? I’m confused on who is actually trying to help him and our family navigate his needs through the development peds department. Please do your research and advocate for your children because all of these Riley teams DO NOT and it only hurts the children and family.
I would give it a ZERO if I could. **If you have a child with complex developmental or neurological needs, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.** After waiting months for an appointment at Riley’s Developmental Medicine clinic for my 5-year-old son (who has HIE and developmental delays), we were beyond disappointed. The doctor, Dr. McLaughlin, didn’t interact with or assess my son at all during our hour-long visit.
