Dr. Brent and Emma were great. It was a difficult procedure and I had a few problems and they were very helpful in getting me through it.
I have been a patient at Riley Dental for 41 years. It just keeps getting better.
I would have liked more sedation options because of my anxiety. I don't like crying in front of others and unfortunately I did. I hope next time is a little easier. I did like the way the staff tried to make me comfortable. Unfortunately, my dental anxiety is still in full force, which I thought would have decreased after reading the reviews prior to making my appointment.
I never have to wait and staff is always polite and professional
I called Monday evening, left a voicemail stating that I would like to have a stronger antibiotic called in as I do not believe the penicillin is addressing my situation. I am still in a great deal of pain and I also requested a refill of the pain medication. I left my work number for someone to please call me back in reference to the above. To date, I have not received a return call.
Riley Dental Associates do an AMAZING job all around. My appointment was on time, the hygienist was very sweet and knowledgable. She answered my questions and listened to my concerns. It seems like everything they do is thorough and quality.
