The food was delicious and there were plenty of fresh options. The staff was very knowledgable, attentive and polite. I highly recommend! We will definitely visit again!
So glad we decided to check this place out. Although the outside looked a little skeptical we were optimistic given the great reviews. We were traveling and wanted something that wasn't a chain. We had great service, food and atmosphere at Rik's. It was a very unexpected surprise to find such a great place. When traveling again we will definitely stop in!
Dinner at Rik's was wonderful. Met one of the owners, wonderful Man. Service at the bar from Lindsey and Joey was beyond enjoyable. Food from Davon the chef was mouth watering. Price was acceptable. Great evening. Highly recommended. Happy birthday to me, thanks to my husband
I honestly do not know how to rate this place. The food was amazing! Our service was terrible. The server started out with what can I get you Bro? with my boyfriend. It was six dollar martini night. I would have drank two but no one asked me I wanted another. Our server spent more time bartending than checking on us. Our food was brought to us by a different person. The manager took our plates. Had another business lunch at Ricks today, and as always the food and service didn't disappoint. When we arrived the lunch crowd had all arrived at once and the wait staff held their ground, for our drinks and of course the food was AMAZING!!!

We ended up at Riks Cafe by accident. We were planning to go to the Smithsburg carnival to watch The band Vinyl Rhino, but it started to rain so we continued to Hagerstown. Saw good reviews online, so decided to try it. We were very pleased. Good choice of foods - some standard choices and some unique choices as well. Our waiter, Maurice, was awesome!
