Sweet potato fries YUM , everything we have had there has been VERY good
I've been to Rik's several times and it's been okay most times, but after dinner today I just don't have faith in the food or service much anymore. While the taste was good, the portions were much smaller than usual. The pasta was supposed to come with toast points and did not, the server barely checked on us during the meal, and our to-go order was prepared incorrectly, which we did not notice until we returned home. I've had several good meals at Riks, but it is always a little stressful when you're responsible for choosing a place to take out-of-town guests. This past week I was asked to find a place for my mother and a high school friend she hadn't seen in nearly 50 years. The food here is wonderful. I had Steak bistro cooked rare and it was awesome. Prices are very reasonable. Great crab soup and calimari appetizer. Little strip mall location.
First time there last night!! Food selection was awesome! Such a unique variety of choices! I want to go back to try other things!! What we ordered was amazing and the portions were great! Service was fast and friendly!! After dinner we went to the bar to watch the derby and the bar staff was friendly, funny and made being there a good time! We'd go back regularly to have dinner at the bar!!!
I have been to Rik's many times. Our meals have always been delicious, our waiters friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks are well made and the staff is always happy to help in any way needed. I always tell my friends to check the place out. I even gave out gift certificates as christmas presents. Last night we had 2 broiled seafood platters. They were absolutely mouth watering.. and we ate the entire very well portioned meals.
I enjoy Riks. It has a pleasant atmosphere and great food. I should go there more often.
Food was amazing. Service was superb! Looks on the outside like it may be located in run down neighborhood, but inside was fabulous. Soup was delish. Blackened tacos were great.
