RecommendedFood was just effin phenomenal. Service was great. They even kept up with my constant need for a refill. Definitely going back. The wings are bangin too. Just great all around really. After I paid the bill and overtipped the waiter I felt like I still needed to give someone else money lol.
Every time I come here I’m never disappointed! The food is phenomenal and the service is just as great. The decor inside makes you feel so homey and comfortable, though you don’t expect it from the outside. 11/10.

The food, man... the food!
Came down to Hagerstown for the day from PA and was looking for a good place to eat. Read the reviews online and thought we would give it a try and couldn’t be more pleased. Our bartender was fantastic and the food was absolutely amazing. Service was friendly and quick and the food couldn’t have been better! Everything was cooked to perfection. They have best food I recommend to go eat there
What an amazing find on our trip from the Eastern Shore of Maryland to Pittsburgh to take our daughter back to college! Ric’s is our new halfway stop when we make our next trip west! Our waitress Jen was so nice, and very attentive! Do not be deceived by its location in a strip shopping center, it is a diamond in the ruff! If you are around the Outlet and are looking for a place to eat, drive the extra ten minutes to Ric’s, you will not be disappointed!
Love Riks Cafe. Outstanding food, never disappoints.
I’ve been to Riks several times, including lunch today. The food is always great. The staff is all very friendly and it’s just a great atmosphere all around!!
